Double Chocolate cupcake recipe trial I

This is my first time using this recipe and I seriously loved it.. Yummy! Soft, moist and rich of chocolate flavour. I am so gonna use it for my future bakes. But still, gonna try more recipes to compare the differences..

Double chocolate cupcakes (adapted from sweetapolita)
100 g/3 1/2 oz dark bittersweet chocolate, chopped
175 g/1 1/2 sticks butter, cubed
225 g/1 cup plus 2 tablespoons (caster) sugar
4 eggs
100 g/3/4 cup self-rising flour
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
a pinch of salt

1) Melt butter and chocolate chips. Stir in sugar til dissolved and leave to cool for 10mins
2) Sift flour, coco powder & salt
3) Beat egg into chocolate mixture for 10seconds
4) Add in flour and mix well
5) Bake at 180 deg for 20mins
